(1) All prices are quoted in SGD.
(2) No cancellation is allowed once order has been processed and confirmed. No refund will be made for any cancellation of goods.
(3) For home delivery, filling up of the indemnity form is compulsory to avoid pranks and no-shows. Charges are applicable for any failed attempt at the timing confirmed by you.
(4) Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable. Exchange of goods is only applicable and strictly for wrong items being received. Notification via email must be sent to us within 24 hrs otherwise, it would be forfeited. Goods must be returned in full packaging. Any signs of tampering, washing & altering will not be entertained.
(5) Order will be forfeited if payment is not received within 48hrs.
(6) We will not be responsible for any loss/damage via normal postage. Thus, home delivery and registered mail are highly recommended.
(7) Please be assured that all personal details will be kept private and confidential.*We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at all times without prior notice.

(2) Delivery via mailGoods will be mailed out within 48 hours upon receiving full payment. (a) Local postagesPostage rates are according to Sing-post rates:-500g & below= $1.50-1 kg= $2.55-2 kg= $3.55An additional $2.24 will be included for registered mail.
(3) Home Delivery & self collection(a) For self collection, please email us for our pick-up address.(b) Home delivery is available. Extra $5 for delivery
